New Delhi, Divya rasthra* SHARP Business Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SHARP Corporation Japan, participated in the Consumer Electronics World Expo 2025 – India’s largest business platform for consumer electronics, gadgets & appliances held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, between 24th – 26th July 2025. Mr. Mimoh Jain, Vice President, SHARP India Appliances, was part of the inaugural event alongside Hon’ble Minister Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Minister of Industries, Food & Supplies, and Environment, Forest & Wildlife—Government of Delhi. Also present at the event were Dr. Ashish Kumar, Advisor, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Mr. Vimal Anand, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce. With the theme ‘A Step Forward in Our Collective Journey Towards Viksit Bharat 2047: India’s Vision 2047—From Aspirations to Actions,’ Mr. Jain spoke about SHARP India’s innovation and product strategy. He emphasized the brand’s commitment to addressing the unique demands of Indian consumers and how the Make In India initiative inspired the organization to expand its portfolio in ways that prioritize consumer satisfaction while upholding the brand’s legacy of long-term quality and durability in every Indian home.
Speaking about SHARP’s participation at the expo, Mr. Mimoh Jain, Vice President, SHARP India Appliances, said, “Platforms like Consumer Electronics Expo allow us to reaffirm our commitment to India’s growth story by showcasing products that are not only technologically advanced but also aligned with the evolving aspirations of Indian households. SHARP also showcased its latest range of appliances, including new semi-automatic washing machines, mini refrigerators, glass door refrigerators, dehumidifiers, portable water purifier bottle and air purifiers,Mr. Jain highlighted the company’s growing focus on innovation tailored to the Indian lifestyle – products that not only meet health and wellness needs but also reflect local aesthetics, along with making advanced technology both accessible and affordable for Indian consumers.
