Jaipur, September 2025.
On the occasion of Balidan Diwas, the Kashmiri Visthapit Hindu Samiti, Jaipur paid heartfelt tribute to the martyrs by lighting candles, honoring their supreme sacrifice and expressing solidarity with the brave souls who laid down their lives for Kashmir, its dignity, and its truth.
This day reminds us of the supreme sacrifices made by countless Kashmiri Hindus who stood against terror and tyranny. We bow in reverence to the memory of Tikalal Taploo Ji, a towering leader whose voice was silenced but whose spirit lives on. We remember Girija Tickoo, whose tragic martyrdom reflects the brutal reality faced by innocent Kashmiri Hindus. We recall the horrors of the Nandimarg massacre, the Pulwama massacre, the Pahalgam massacre, and the countless targeted killings of Kashmiri Hindus, as well as the everyday loss of innocent lives in the Valley.
Their blood has become the ink of our history, and their sacrifice is the foundation of our collective resilience.
Kashmiri Balidan Diwas is not only a day of mourning but also a day of resolve. It is a reminder that while terror sought to uproot us, the spirit of Kashmiri Hindus continues to stand strong – preserving culture, faith, and identity against all odds.
As we pay homage to our martyrs, let us pledge to:
Keep their memories alive through truth and justice.
Work towards a future where no Kashmiri is persecuted for faith or identity.
Carry forward their legacy with unity, dignity, and courage.
